The Last Airbender Summary:

In a world where the elements, Water, Earth, Fire, and Air can be controlled by people known as “benders”. The Air, Water, Earth, Fire are four nations tied by destiny when the Fire Nation begins a vicious war against the other nations. A century has passed with no hope in sight to change the path of this destruction. Caught between combat and courage, Aang discovers that he is the single Avatar with the power to manipulate all four elements.

The only hope for stopping the war rests on the shoulders of a 12 year old boy named Aang who’s actually a hundred years old. The last known Airbender and survivor of the peaceful Air Nomads who where annihilated by the evil Fire Lord.

The Avatar’s duty is to maintain peace between the four nations and the spirit realm, ensuring that the world remains in balance. Together with his flying bison called Appa, Aang teams with Katara, a Waterbender, and her brother, Sokka in his quest restore balance to their war-torn world. Standing in their way is the ambitious Fire Nation Admiral Zhao and Prince Zuko, the banished prince of the Fire Nation who seeks to capture Aang to regain his honor.
